This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager based in India.

Lead strategic product marketing initiatives that shape how a modern SaaS and IT management platform is positioned and adopted in global <markets.You>’ll own high-impact pricing and packaging initiatives while helping simplify the customer journey and maximize commercial value.The role combines product marketing, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and thought <leadership.You>’ll work closely with product, sales, executive leadership, and broader go-to-market teams to create unified and compelling market <narratives.You>’ll also leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows and accelerate sales <execution.As> a key product evangelist, you’ll represent the platform through demos, industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.This is a highly visible opportunity for a strategic, autonomous marketer who wants direct influence over market positioning, revenue growth, and business transformation.

Accountabilities

Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategy, translating complex platform capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging, and market narratives.

Lead strategic pricing and packaging initiatives, working with product management, sales, and executive leadership to optimize commercial models and customer adoption.

Audit existing pricing and packaging structures, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that simplify onboarding and maximize average contract value.

Conduct in-depth competitive intelligence research, map the competitive landscape, and identify clear differentiators that strengthen market positioning.

Create high-impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, competitive materials, and other resources that help global sales teams win.

Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to strengthen competitive positioning and improve the effectiveness of customer-facing messaging.

Collaborate with an AI-focused steering group to identify, develop, and deploy AI-driven workflows, tools, and sales assets that improve execution and accelerate deal cycles.

Build deep expertise in the platform and deliver compelling multi-feature product demonstrations to customers, partners, prospects, and industry analysts.

Establish strong cross-functional relationships across product, sales, marketing, executive leadership, and GTM teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.

Represent the organization externally as a product evangelist and thought leader through industry events, webinars, public demonstrations, and executive briefings.

Develop and scale marketing processes that leverage modern AI productivity tools and automation to improve efficiency and output.

Deliver measurable outcomes within the first 6–12 months, including high-value marketing assets, updated pricing and packaging, competitive enablement programs, external presentations, and AI-enabled marketing processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Product Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, preferably within SaaS, platform, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience designing and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS or platform-based products.
  • Advanced experience in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, product positioning, and creation of customer-facing and sales-facing assets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise technology buying processes, and developer or IT buyer personas.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, Cloud Security, or related technology domains is preferred.
  • Experience with modern AI productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, presentation, and product evangelism capabilities.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills across sales, product, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Highly autonomous, strategic, and comfortable building processes and operating frameworks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business and revenue outcomes.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be located in India and authorized to work in India.
