Job Summary
- In thi s role, you will be expected to lead a project team to drive the enablement of new services and customizations across the MDS, MPS, and MCS businesses. As the end-to-end services delivery owner, the role entails working closely with different stakeholders ( delivery functions and operations, category, pursuit, and portfolio) to ensure that the services or customizations are enabled on time. The responsibility includes providing expert support to different teams on the delivery capabilities enabled.
Responsibilities
- Project manage end-to-end the design, development, and implementation of new managed services &/or customizations
- Stakeholder management across delivery functions and operations, category, pursuit, and portfolio
- Project planning and reporting
- Services costing and updates
- Identification of tools enhancements to support new services and automation
- Document the new capability or service
- Act as a point of contact for regional delivered new services, NXIs or deal customizations
- KPI definitions
- Assess potential enhancements to a service and provide recommendations
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
- Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
