About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership enterprise sales role at an early-stage AI SaaS company serving the global freight forwarding industry. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to multi-year contract signature — working directly alongside the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy and convert active pilots into long-term partnerships. The deals you close in this formative period directly influence the company's trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle with global and regional freight forwarders, from initial outreach through contract signature.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships at large, globally operating logistics and freight companies.
  • Develop and iterate repeatable sales playbooks as the business transitions from founder-led to team-led sales.
  • Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structuring while translating customer feedback into product roadmap priorities.
  • Synthesize customer insights and share learnings across the team to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to Asia and North America to meet key stakeholders in person.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3–7 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.
  • Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals with large enterprises or equivalent complex organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products into legacy or operationally complex environments.
  • Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills in operational settings.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Comfortable building playbooks and executing them simultaneously in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to conduct negotiations and presentations in both languages; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the global logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work in-person in Berlin and/or Hamburg at least a few days per week.
  • Local work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Berlin and/or Hamburg, Germany, with regular travel across Europe and occasional international travel.
