ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a core operator role working directly alongside the founders of an early-stage B2B AI startup, owning high-leverage workstreams across the full breadth of the company. You'll have real end-to-end responsibility — not just support — and a clear path toward senior operating or founding-level scope.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and run cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations, compliance, and people.
Build and manage internal systems, tooling, and automations that help the company scale efficiently.
Lead recruiting efforts end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI agent products to enterprise customers.
Step into whatever the company needs — board prep, vendor management, strategic analysis — as priorities shift.
Work daily alongside the founders on the highest-priority problems in a small, fast-moving team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, consulting, or founding roles — ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments.
Hands-on ability to build internal tooling and automations yourself, not just direct others to do so.
Technical background or strong intuition for AI, software, and automation, with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility.
Demonstrated experience running cross-functional projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting go-to-market or enterprise customer engagement in B2B settings.
Exposure to board preparation, financial reporting, or investor relations is a plus.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations is advantageous.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
High integrity, strong work ethic, comfort with ambiguity, and a genuine aspiration to build something meaningful.
