About The Role

Position Summary: Join our Talent Acquisition team as a strategic recruiting partner supporting assigned business lines and leaders. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized professional and sales positions, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent in competitive markets. You will consult with business leaders to understand workforce needs, advise on talent availability and market trends, and shape proactive sourcing strategies that support both immediate hiring goals and long-term workforce planning. The ideal candidate brings deep sales recruiting expertise, confidence influencing hiring decisions, and the ability to turn market insights into practical recommendations. You will also help navigate change, drive operational excellence, solve complex recruiting challenges, and serve as a trusted resource to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales recruiting lifecycle, from building targeted sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates to guiding interview coordination, offer execution, and onboarding support
  • Act as a consultative talent advisor to sales leaders, sharing market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and sourcing recommendations that support confident hiring decisions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on search strategy, establish expectations, and create a candidate experience that reflects the pace and professionalism of a sales environment
  • Lead the offer process with a sales-minded approach, collaborating with stakeholders on salary analysis, presenting competitive proposals, negotiating effectively, and closing top talent
  • Use recruiting data, conversion metrics, market feedback, and pipeline activity to identify opportunities, adjust strategies, and influence actions that improve hiring outcomes
  • Build and nurture strong pipelines of high-performing sales talent through proactive outreach, relationship-based sourcing, networking, and ongoing engagement before roles open
  • Create collaborative, customer-focused partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to keep searches aligned, transparent, and moving forward
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and pipeline activity to support compliance, data integrity, reporting, and a seamless experience for candidates and internal partners
  • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and business projects that improve sales hiring effectiveness, strengthen processes, and support broader talent acquisition goals
  • Continue expanding your sales talent network and recruiting expertise to stay connected to the market, strengthen candidate relationships, and elevate the recruiting partnership

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of experience working through the full cycle recruiting process
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Proven record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across a range of functions and levels
  • Manage req load and successfully adapt and pivot to the ever-changing needs of the business on short notice
  • Partnering with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Utilizing recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes

Preferred

  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive sales candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment for quota-carrying roles, and building pipelines that meet hiring goals
  • Experience using Workday, Indeed Sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Work Environment: This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.).

Compensation

$95,000 – $110,000

Additional company contribution of 4% of pay each pay day into your account; 100% vested after three (3) years of service.

Time Off & Leave

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
  • Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
  • Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
