Inside Sales Specialist

Sales Representative (Outbound / Account Management / Collections)

  • Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT
  • Work Setup: Hybrid after 4-month onsite training (Manila, Philippines)
  • Training: Fully onsite (first 4 months)

About the Role

We are hiring high-energy, target-driven sales professionals with strong experience in outbound sales, account management, field sales, telephone sales, or collections. This role focuses on consultative selling, customer relationship building, and consistently achieving sales and KPI targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales through phone, field, or account-based engagement
  • Build and manage customer relationships to grow revenue and wallet share
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Handle objections and influence customer decisions through consultative selling
  • Meet or exceed sales, application, and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Ensure strong customer experience and long-term engagement

Qualifications

At least 2 years in college or 2-year Associate Degree

Minimum 1 year experience in any of the following

Sales / Inside Sales / Telephone Sales

Field Sales

Account Management

Collections

  • Strong background in consultative selling and influencing decisions
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPI-driven targets
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
