Job Description
The Senior Controller supports forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis activities to ensure high-quality data and financial insights for decision-making. This role works closely with Controlling Managers and Finance leaders.
- Provide strategic value to the business by developing dashboards, KPIs, and business plans, evaluating and managing risks and opportunities
- Assiting with Reports to Leadership: Assist the controlling Manager in presenting reports to Stakeholders
- Financial Planning & Control: Elaborate the monthly and annual financial analysis during the closing processes, as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare timely monthly financial statements, analyzing data to identify results, trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Business Analysis (BAU): Conduct business-as-usual analysis to support ongoing operations and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal (within differente teams within finance department cash collection, accounting..etc.) and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Improving the processes to create forecasts and data analysis and other process of the controlling function and financial department.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Work Experience
- 5 -7 years in controlling, FP&A preferable in global organization

- Strong Excel and ERP knowledge
- Financial modeling and reporting skills
- Proactive and rigorous
