Job Title: Income Auditor Officer

Job Purpose

Ensure all daily hotel income is accurately recorded and reported by auditing transactions handled by Night Auditors, Front Office, and Food & Beverage cashiers. Maintain effective income audit controls and prepare necessary financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Income Audit, Front Desk Cashiering, Night Auditing, and Outlet Cashiering functions.
• Audit daily revenue figures, folios, vouchers, and cash summaries.
• Prepare daily and monthly income reports for Financial Controller's review.
• Supervise and provide training to Front Desk Cashiers, Night Auditors, and F&B Cashiers.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Verify room rates, banquet charges, transportation logs, and guest accounts accuracy.
• Conduct monthly cash counts and inventory audits.
• Report discrepancies and maintain communication with Financial Controller.
• Adhere to hotel policies on safety, health, and employee regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in income audit or related hotel accounting role.
• Knowledgeable in hotel accounting systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and fluent in English.
