Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst (GFS)

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst to support the regional migration across LATAM. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Finance and IT, helping drive one of the most strategic transformation initiatives in the region.

What you'll do

• Support the migration of Finance processes and data to Oracle GFS.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze and validate financial data, processes, and system requirements.
• Participate in data cleanup, testing, issue resolution, and process standardization activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance teams.

What we're looking for

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial processes and systems.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or system migrations (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to work with global teams.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or large-volume data analysis is a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
