About The Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the marine or offshore industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of EPCC processes and solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
