Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am to 3pm; Fixed weekends off

Non-negotiable Requirements

• At least 7 years of over-all experience in supply chain management
• At least 3 years of leadership experience (at least supervisory level)
• At least HSK 4 Proficiency in Mandarin
• College level with TOR

Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Organizational Development

Inspire and guide the PH Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.

Operational Excellence & Execution

Oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations, from demand planning and purchasing to order processing, payment workflows, and inventory management, ensuring seamless flow and preventing stockouts or bottlenecks.

Strategic Planning & Risk Management

Design and execute strategic supply chain initiatives that align with business objectives; perform comprehensive risk assessments across suppliers, production, inventory, and logistics, backed by robust contingency plans to guarantee supply continuity.

Cross-Functional & US Team Collaboration

Serve as the key PH liaison for US Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Production teams, facilitating timely and transparent communication on operations, risks, and strategic priorities.

Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to sync efforts with business goals and drive collaborative problem-solving across departments.

Supplier & Vendor Management

Drive supplier excellence by ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, cost, and resilience standards; lead thorough evaluations alongside US and China teams to compare quotes, lead times, capacities, risks, and costs.
