Enterprise Account Executive, MSO & DSO
SuperDial · Remote, United States
About The Role
SuperDial is entering an exciting new stage of growth following a recent Series B and 4x year-over-year growth. Building on the traction we have already established with Dental Service Organizations, we are creating a new Enterprise Account Executive role to deepen our presence across DSOs, Management Services Organizations, and other scaled, multi-location healthcare organizations.
This role will help turn an already promising market opportunity into a repeatable enterprise growth engine. You will own complex sales cycles from account development through close, partnering with executive and operational leaders to identify where AI-powered automation can create meaningful financial and operational value.
You will join a collaborative go-to-market team supported by SDRs, Marketing, Solutions, Product, Customer Success, and company leadership. At the same time, you will have meaningful ownership over account strategy, executive relationships, pipeline development, and how SuperDial continues to grow within this market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account strategy and prospecting through discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy across priority DSO, MSO, and multi-location healthcare accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across revenue cycle, finance, operations, technology, patient access, credentialing, payer relations, and practice leadership.
- Lead thoughtful discovery to understand each organization’s operating model, administrative burden, growth priorities, and opportunities for automation.
- Translate SuperDial’s AI-powered capabilities into clear business value, including increased productivity, reduced administrative burden, faster turnaround times, improved consistency, and greater capacity for growth.

- Partner closely with Solutions, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and company leadership to shape strong customer solutions and advance strategic deals.
- Expand initial use cases into broader enterprise relationships across additional revenue cycle workflows, teams, business units, or locations.
- Bring customer feedback and market insight back into SuperDial to help strengthen our product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and CRM documentation.
