Ideal Profile

Experience

8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using MuleSoft.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration architectures.
Strong background integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party platforms.
Experience establishing technical standards, governance, and best practices.
Demonstrated success mentoring developers and supporting knowledge transfer.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions.
Build reusable APIs and integration frameworks aligned with MuleSoft best practices.
Design and implement enterprise integration architectures.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external business systems.
Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.
Lead technical solution design sessions and architecture reviews.
Establish integration standards, governance, and development frameworks.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and deliver integration requirements.
Mentor and train developers and administrators on MuleSoft capabilities and best practices.
Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and support guides.
Ensure all integration solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
Participate in Agile planning, ceremonies, and delivery activities.
Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and integration processes.
