Base Management Lead (Marketing Team)

About the Role

We’re seeking a curious and data-driven Base Management Lead to help us better understand our customers and unlock opportunities to improve retention and long-term value.

This role is focused on turning data into actionable insights—identifying patterns, generating hypotheses, and working closely with marketing to test and implement initiatives that enhance customer experience and reduce churn.

Let’s talk about you

• Experience in customer insights, analytics, CRM, or lifecycle environments
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience highly regarded
• Ability to connect data insights with customer behaviour and business outcomes
• Proactive and curious mindset—you actively seek opportunities in data
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills

• We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience —what matters most is your ability to work with data, generate insights, and think commercially.
• How will you support our “Why?”

• Analyse customer data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities
• Develop insights and hypotheses to improve customer retention and value perception
• Partner with marketing teams to shape targeted campaigns and experiments
• Build and evolve reporting and dashboards (Power BI and Excel)
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to improve data quality and usage
• Work with commercial teams to understand product performance and margins
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
