Daily Finance Operations 🧾: Manage finance admin tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation

Billing & Payments Coordinator 💳: Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking

Financial Records Keeper 📁: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other financial tools

Budget Tracker 💼: Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend

Accuracy Partner ✅: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy

Summary Preparer 🧮: Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership

Workflow Optimizer 🛠️: Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation

Vendor Liaison 🤝: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries
