About The Role
The Clinical Research Coordinator 1(CRC1) is responsible for coordinating and maintaining diverse activities related to clinical cancer research. This includes but is not limited to: patient eligibility; registration/enrollment; data compilation, abstraction, and submission; study evaluation; quality control; and patient follow-up. The CRC1 interacts closely with institutional investigators, industry sponsors, contract research organizations, NCTN research bases, clinic staff, laboratory staff, and pathology staff. The CRC1 collaborates with fellow clinical research staff throughout the duration of the study to ensure high quality and efficient study conduct.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent educ/experience
- 2 years human subject research or healthcare experience
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Experience with Oncology and/or Radiation Oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) – Association of Clinical Research Professionals - or similar professional research certification.
