A little about this position

Reporting to the Director of Slope Maintenance, incumbent is responsible for any and all snow cat grooming on Mammoth Mountain.
Oversees all operations of Slope Maintenance department including but not limited to equipment and employees.
Coordinates maintenance of any and all machines with Garage Facility.
Provides scheduling of all snow cat operators.
Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a rigorous training program.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the SnowSat fleet management system, including the development and implementation of reporting tools.
Manages construction projects, including the coordination of outside contractors.
Must manage fuel, wages and repair cost within budgetary guidelines set by department head.
Responsible for any or all other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent.
3-4 years on snow cat operations experience.
2-3 years management experience preferred.
Willing to work flexible hours, including day, swing, and grave shifts.
Possession of a commercial driving license, including HAZMAT endorsements.

Pay: $80,213.49 - $84,825.66 per year
