Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders in fabricating and assembling metal parts and components.
• Perform truck upfitting tasks including installation of equipment, accessories, and custom modifications.
• Learn and apply various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols and standards.
• Inspect and test completed welds and installations to ensure quality and durability.
• Operate hand and power tools required for welding and truck upfitting duties.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in welding, metal fabrication, and automotive modifications.
• Basic understanding of welding safety procedures and tool usage.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under supervision.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
