- Assist in data analysis and reporting, providing insights to support business decisions.

- Aid in financial analysis and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Help manage and organize internal projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis, staying updated on industry trends.
- Assist in customer relationship management, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Engage in special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and timely work.
- Positive attitude, a quick learner, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools is preferred, with a basic understanding of business operations.
- Knowledge of project management principles is an asset.
- No prior experience is required, but an MBA student or recent graduate is preferred.
