Responsibility

Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution
Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement
Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity
Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department
Involved in cross-functional alongside EH&S QA departments in continuous improvement projects
Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as assigned

Requirements

Diploma/ Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry
Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus
