About The Role

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer apparel brand, find a Photo Editor support high-volume creative production across eCommerce, social, and paid media channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in photo editing and retouching for both product and lifestyle imagery, with a sharp eye for detail, color accuracy, and brand consistency. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the technical side of retouching and the visual storytelling required for modern digital brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with photographers to refine and finalize images across creative projects.
  • Partner with the social media team to edit and retouch images for social posts and campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives by preparing and editing imagery for emails, digital ads, and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Perform e-commerce image editing, ensuring clean, polished, and consistent product images suitable for online stores.
  • Apply cosmetic retouching, background cleanup, and visual refinements to enhance product presentation.
  • Handle color correction and color grading to ensure accurate product representation and visual consistency across assets.
  • Prepare and optimize lifestyle imagery for use across website pages, social channels, and retention marketing campaigs.
  • Maintain organized file structures and ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.

Creative Collaboration & Performance

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, art directors, copywriters, and marketers.
  • Use performance data to iterate on creative and test variations.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing creative testing with quick turnarounds.
  • Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, AI workflows, and platform trends.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in photo editing and retouching for e-commerce and lifestyle imagery.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
  • Experience working with Capture One and other professional photo editing tools.
  • A strong eye for color accuracy, consistency and fine details.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including photography, social media, and marketing.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience working with fast-paced e-commerce or digital brands.
  • Familiarity with workflows involving high volumes of imagery.
