About The Role

Manage the full production cycle of BTL & advertising projects.
Coordinate with suppliers, printing houses, workshops, and fabricators.
Supervise the production and execution of Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation .
Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality and cost.
Follow up on production, installation, and final project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve production issues efficiently.

3+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Events, Exhibitions, or BTL Advertising.
Strong experience in Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation .
Strong supplier and contractor management experience.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-site during events when required.
Very good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
