Computershare is looking for someone who is detail oriented to join our growing team at Computershare as a Restricted Transfer Client Specialist.

The Restricted Transfer Client Specialist works quickly with precise accuracy for high quality and reliability, with minimal supervision in order to support the management team as the subject matter expert on client/shareholder initiated Restricted Transfer requests. This position is in direct communication with the client so if you enjoy communicating professionally while helping others, you will enjoy this opportunity.

A role you will love

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • Review and understand Restricted Transfer transactions and necessary requirements to resolve deficient transactions.
  • Communicate directly with the issuer or issuer/shareholder counsel to resolve/obtain deficient legal requirements to process transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot, problems and educate Issuer and Issuer/Shareholder Counsel on requirements necessary to transact Restricted Transfers.
  • Maintain a positive and strong client/transfer agent relationship with the issuer
  • Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives
  • Assist in department specific projects, which may involve collaboration with other departments or functions.
