About The Role

Role Summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inventory Specialist for our Exeter, PA location. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for all warehouse inventory control-related activities. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring products are available when needed. You’ll monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, maintain accurate stock locations, and help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and committed to accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and product locations.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
  • Receive and verify incoming products according to company procedures.
  • Ensure products are properly organized, stored, and readily available.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify overstock, obsolete, or redundant inventory.
  • Maintain accurate bin locations and help ensure inventory is easy to locate.
  • Provide routine inventory information and updates to management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and other departments to support daily business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least six months of warehouse-related experience.
  • Basic math and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to recognize and work with bin-numbered locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift upwards of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 30 feet in non-climate-controlled conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
