  • Sentara Pace Portsmouth is seeking to hire a Clinical RN for PACE.
  • Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Overview

This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering treatments, and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.

Education

  • Diploma in Nursing (required)

Certification/Licensure

  • Licensed RN active in VA (required)
  • BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Experience

  • EPIC experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the role is strongly preferred
