Sr. Accounting Systems Analyst
This is a Hybrid position working from our Legacy West Support Center located in Plano Texas.

About the role
The Sr. Accounting Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between Accounting (Domestic and International) and IT, responsible for the administration, optimization, and integrity of financial systems, including Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM. This role ensures accurate and efficient financial close processes, supports enterprise reporting and reconciliations, and drives continuous improvement through automation and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within Oracle EBS, FCC, and ARCS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer and maintain financial systems and integrations, ensuring integrity of data flows between subsystems and the general ledger
- Design and maintain financial reports, hierarchies, and consolidations (FCC, FSG, Smart View)
- Perform and oversee data validations and reconciliations across platforms, including FX rates, allocations, and interfaces
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT to deliver system-based solutions and process improvements
- Optimize allocation processes, period controls, and close calendars
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, including documentation and audit support
- Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and system support
Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM (FCC, ARCS, EDM) or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliations, and consolidations
- Experience with reporting tools (Smart View, PowerBi, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL or automation tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working conditions & physical requirements
This will be a hybrid role required to be onsite at the corporate office on specified days. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, and occasionally requires carrying, moving and setting up of computers, for example desktops, monitors, printers, and other small hardware in the testing lab.
