As we continue to scale our global platform, the WinCraft Production & Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in assembling, fulfilling, and delivering quality licensed sports merchandise at WinCraft's Winona operation.
POSITION AT A GLANCE
- Starting pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on the position offered and selected shift
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500; eligibility requirements and payout schedule will be discussed upon hire
- Pay frequency: Weekly
- Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Experience: Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Second Shift (Early Schedule) : Monday–Thursday, 12:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
- Second Shift (Late Schedule) : Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.
Additional hours or overtime may be required based on business needs.
PAY INFORMATION
Starting pay ranges from $16. 00 to $ 20 .00 per hour based on the specific position offered, assigned work area and selected shift. Eligible second- and third-shift positions also receive a shift differential.

Applicable shift differentials
- First Shift: Base hourly rate
- Second Shift (Early Schedule): Base hourly rate + $1.50 shift differential
- Second Shift (Late Schedule): Base hourly rate + $2.00 shift differential

ROLE OVERVIEW
WinCraft is hiring full-time associates across several areas of its Winona, Minnesota operation, with one application providing consideration for opportunities spanning production, assembly, packaging, labeling, picking, receiving, fulfillment, and machine operations. Based on experience, interests, shift availability, and current business needs, each associate will be matched with a primary work area and may cross-train in additional areas over time — no previous production or warehouse experience is required. The WinCraft Production & Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership.

- Assemble, finish, label, and package licensed sports merchandise to the standards fans expect and deserve.
- Inspect products and orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality, ensuring each item accurately reflects the customer's order.
- Identify and report product defects, order discrepancies, and quality concerns to protect the fan experience.
- Help deliver products that fans are proud to wear, use, and display by maintaining consistent accuracy and attention to detail throughout every shift.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Cross-train in additional work centers — including printing, embroidery, laser, router, and cutting-machine operations — based on business needs and demonstrated proficiency.
- Learn to safely operate production equipment and use handheld scanners, inventory systems, and other workplace technology to track products and complete assigned work accurately.
- Identify equipment disruptions and follow established troubleshooting and escalation procedures to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, assignments, and production demands with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Meet established production expectations while maintaining quality standards across assigned work areas including production and assembly, packaging and labeling, picking and fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory and warehouse operations.
- Follow all safety, quality, and equipment-operation procedures and use required personal protective equipment without exception.
- Take personal accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of assigned work, including preparing accurate orders for shipment across multiple sales channels.
- Maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and help create a safe, organized, and productive workplace for the entire team.
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and consistently maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn production, warehouse, and machine-operation procedures, including safe operation of printers, lasers, embroidery machines, routers, and cutting systems.
- Willingness to cross-train and work across multiple work centers — such as production and assembly, packaging and labeling, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory operations — based on business needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to maintain production pace and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and use handheld technology, inventory systems, and other digital workplace tools to track products and complete assigned work accurately.
- Ability to maintain reliable and punctual attendance for the selected shift (First, Second, or Third), including availability for additional hours or overtime based on business needs.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing or walking for an entire shift, lifting at least 25 pounds independently, participating in team lifts of up to 50 pounds, and working safely around production machinery and warehouse equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, machine operation, or a similar hands-on environment.
- Experience using handheld scanners, inventory systems, production equipment, or basic hand tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
