About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Solutions & Systems Specialist to join our Supply team in the Barossa.
Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Planning Manager , this role is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving digital solutions that enhance visibility, streamline processes and support better decision-making across the ANZ winery and packaging network.
Combining data analytics, automation and systems development, you will work directly with site teams to solve operational challenges, eliminate manual processes and deliver practical, scalable solutions that make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational, production and quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports and self-service reporting tools.
- Build and enhance digital applications, automation solutions and operational systems.
- Integrate data across multiple platforms to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to digitise manual and paper-based processes.
- Leverage emerging technologies to improve analysis, reporting and business outcomes.
- Partner with winery, packaging and planning teams to understand operational challenges and co-design solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing systems, reporting tools and automation processes.
- Deliver practical solutions at pace while ensuring quality, reliability and user adoption.
- Provide systems, reporting and analytics support across the broader Supply function.
About You
You are a proactive and technically capable problem solver who enjoys turning data and technology into practical business outcomes. You have a strong continuous improvement mindset and thrive in environments where you can identify opportunities, build solutions and drive meaningful change.
To be successful, you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing dashboards and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Strong capability in Python, SQL or equivalent data and scripting tools.
- Experience using modern digital tools to accelerate analysis, development and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to integrate data across multiple business systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or operational environments will be highly regarded.
