About The Role
We are actively hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in heavy industrial environments who are comfortable working with electrical systems, automated equipment, and high-voltage applications.
Due to increased operational demand, we are looking to add multiple team members to support ongoing production and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving AC/DC motors, PLCs, and drive systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within standard parameters
- Maintain and repair machinery including cranes, pumps, motors, and mobile equipment
- Work with high-voltage systems (up to 480V) and ensure safe operation
- Support automated systems including control panels and distribution systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and related equipment
- Document maintenance activities and repair work performed
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience in heavy manufacturing or similar environment preferred
- Ability to pass an electrical aptitude or entrance exam
- Working knowledge of:
- AC/DC motor systems
- PLC troubleshooting and controls
- Electrical drives and control systems
- NFPA 70E standards and high-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
- Familiarity with shop math, measurements, and precision tools
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
