Industrial Electrician

We are actively hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in heavy industrial environments who are comfortable working with electrical systems, automated equipment, and high-voltage applications.

Due to increased operational demand, we are looking to add multiple team members to support ongoing production and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving AC/DC motors, PLCs, and drive systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within standard parameters
• Maintain and repair machinery including cranes, pumps, motors, and mobile equipment
• Work with high-voltage systems (up to 480V) and ensure safe operation
• Support automated systems including control panels and distribution systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and related equipment
• Document maintenance activities and repair work performed
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or similar environment preferred
• Ability to pass an electrical aptitude or entrance exam
• Working knowledge of:
• AC/DC motor systems
• PLC troubleshooting and controls
• Electrical drives and control systems
• NFPA 70E standards and high-voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
• Familiarity with shop math, measurements, and precision tools
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
