Agente de Reservaciones

Objetivo

Proveer dirección y enlace interdepartamental al departamento de Reservaciones/ Revenue con el resto del hotel. El rol requiere de un alto nivel de responsabilidad y honestidad para todas las actividades que se desarrollan. Se requiere de atención a los detalles debido al impacto que tiene reservaciones en los ingresos del hotel. El servicio al cliente debe ser de calidad mostrando siempre la hospitalidad que caracteriza Marriott.

Estas responsabilidades incluyen el tener los recursos necesarios para realizar su trabajo, es necesario buscar mejorar siempre los procedimientos, o métodos para cumplir con la satisfacción del cliente y la empresa.

8:00am a 6:00pm

Viernes

8:00am a 4:00pm
