You’ll guide Project Managers from Finance, Development, Success, and Media, ensuring every project moves forward with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.

🎯 Your Mission

Lead and Mentor 🧭: Manage and coach Project Managers across multiple departments, building confidence, accountability, and collaboration

Establish Frameworks 🧱: Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that drive alignment and visibility

Oversee Execution 🚀: Ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time while balancing quality and resources

Cross-Functional Collaboration 🤝: Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices

Drive Clarity & Communication 📣: Develop rhythms, documentation habits, and reporting structures that strengthen transparency

Performance Tracking 📊: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep leadership informed and teams focused
