We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our Consumer Health consulting team, supporting clients across Consumer Health, Self-Care, OTC, Wellness, FMCG, and Retail Health .

The successful candidate combines strong commercial expertise, analytical rigor, and consulting capabilities to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. This role focuses on helping clients drive growth through Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Omnichannel Activation, and Commercial Effectiveness .

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Client Leadership

Lead end-to-end consulting projects, from problem definition to delivery of actionable recommendations.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating complex analyses into clear business actions.
Ensure high-quality project delivery and measurable client impact.

Commercial Growth & Strategy

Develop and deliver solutions across:
Revenue Growth Management (pricing, promotions, trade investment, pack-price architecture)
Category Management and retail execution
Consumer pathways and activation strategies
Commercial effectiveness measurement
Go-to-market strategy and organizational design

Data & Insights

Integrate and analyze multiple data sources, including sell-out, panel, retail, e-commerce, and client data.
Generate actionable insights to identify growth opportunities and quantify business impact.
Translate data and analytics into strategic recommendations.

Business Development & Team Development

Contribute to business development through proposal development and client discussions.
Support the development of Consumer Health and FMCG methodologies and thought leadership.
Coach and mentor analysts and consultants, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.

Required Experience

8-10 years of relevant experience within Consumer Healthcare, Self-Care, OTC, Wellness, FMCG, Retail Health , or a related commercial healthcare environment.
Proven expertise in:
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Pricing and promotional optimization
Category Management
Consumer & Shopper Insights
Omnichannel Activation
Commercial performance measurement

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Passion for consumer behavior, market insights, and evidence-based decision-making.

Education & Languages

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Fluent in Dutch and French (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in English.
