The Product Associate on the Core Treasury Fraud Product Team is responsible for supporting product analytics, supplier and client enablement, and cross functional execution across KeyBank's Commercial Payments fraud prevention portfolio. This role supports the execution of the overall business strategy by turning data into insights, identifying opportunities to grow product penetration, and helping translate fraud and payments trends into clear actions for product, risk, operations, and technology partners.
The Product Associate partners closely with Product Managers to support business activation strategies that grow the fraud product portfolio, while also supporting product data operations, reporting, and analytics that inform decisions. We are looking for a business minded, self-starting analyst who leads with commercial thinking and uses data as a tool to influence outcomes.
Essential Functions
Business Activation and Growth Support
- Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute business activation strategies that grow adoption, penetration, and revenue across the fraud product portfolio.
- Support supplier and client enablement campaigns end to end, including targeting, prioritization, execution tracking, and post campaign performance review.
- Translate portfolio insights into clear recommendations for Product Managers, Payment Advisors, Field Client Managers, and Business Development partners.
- Build and maintain playbooks, talking points, and enablement materials that help internal teams position fraud products with clients.
- Track pipeline, funnel, and conversion metrics; identify bottlenecks and recommend actions to accelerate growth.
- Support pricing analysis, opportunity sizing, and win or loss reviews that inform commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and digital adoption partners to align activation efforts with broader Commercial Payments priorities.
- Represent the analyst voice in cross functional working sessions and bring a business first perspective to product, risk, operations, and technology conversations.
Product Data Operations, Reporting, and Analytics
- Build, run, and maintain queries, dashboards, and recurring reporting that support product performance monitoring and leadership updates.
- Develop and maintain data views for utilization, activity, client segments, revenue trends, and risk indicators across the fraud portfolio.
- Prepare monthly performance, risk, and operational reports; conduct initial analysis and review findings with Product Managers.
- Support ad hoc data requests, audit and regulatory inquiries, and issue research with accurate, well documented analysis.
- Partner with technology and data teams to improve data quality, definitions, and governance for fraud product metrics.
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency by automating manual steps and standardizing recurring outputs.
General
- Participate in forecasting, performance measurement, monitoring, and assessing client experience impacts across the fraud portfolio.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure initiatives align with Key's moderate risk profile.
- Partner with internal technology, third party vendors, and other strategic partners to support the delivery of new client solutions.
- Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, always acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
- One or more years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, operations, or client resolution (required), or
- One or more years of experience in a payments or commercial rotational program or relevant internship (required)
- Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (preferred)
- Exposure to fraud, payments, or risk related products (preferred)

- Query and analysis proficiency: Ability to write and maintain queries against relational data sources; SQL experience preferred.
- Excel proficiency: Advanced skills for reporting, modeling, and performance tracking.
- Reporting and visualization: Experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI to build clear, decision ready dashboards.
- Data quality and governance: Understands the importance of accurate definitions, sources, and documentation, and applies that discipline to recurring reporting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
