About The Role
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst to support and manage critical IT operations at Cimatec Park.
This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of the local IT environment, supporting engineering and business operations, managing IT assets, coordinating vendors, and maintaining compliance with global IT standards. It will involve handling IT infrastructure projects too.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and performance of LAN/WAN networks, enterprise Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and other local IT infrastructure (Servers, Computer room, PC Renewal, Unified Communications (Audio & Video teleconference equipment), etc.).
- Support engineering and business users, including over 1,000 engineering workstations.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, inventory, refresh, and retirement.
- Monitor and resolve infrastructure, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate activities with local support teams, service providers, and technology partners.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform project management and deployment for IT infrastructure needs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience and solid knowledge in IT infrastructure projects, end-user support, networking, and IT operations.
- Knowledge of networking technologies, including Cisco/Meraki, TCP/IP, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications.
- Experience supporting Windows environments.
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM/ITSM) and ITIL processes.
- Solid, positive, and effective teamwork and communications skills.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (especially Project, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Advanced to Fluent English required for interaction with global teams, technical documentation, and international meetings.
- Availability to provide support outside standard business hours when required, including maintenance activities, critical incidents, infrastructure upgrades, and business continuity events.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification
- Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Project/Program management skills including financial tracking
- Experience working in multinational organizations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
