What You'll Be Doing

Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to customer job sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
Provide professional customer service while coordinating deliveries and site access.
Monitor concrete quality and follow operational and safety procedures during delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and support efficient plant operations.

What Are We Looking For

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.
Capability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
