What You'll Be Doing

Safely operate excavators to support aggregate production, material handling, and site operations.
Inspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
Load, move, and stockpile materials efficiently while maintaining production goals.
Follow company safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with team members to support plant, quarry, and site performance objectives.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, in an industrial environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.
Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to support operational goals.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company employment requirements.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

$20.00 to $26.00 per hour
401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions
Eligible employees can earn up to a $1,250 performance-based retention bonus each quarter, paid quarterly based on achievement of established performance metrics.
