SmartWave Tech Co. Ltd. is a Riyadh-based systems integrator specializing in professional audiovisual, broadcast, IT and low-current systems. We design, build and operate advanced technology facilities for leading clients across the Kingdom, and we are expanding our operations team.

The Role

Own the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment — the technical backbone behind studios, venues and smart spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor and maintain integrated AV, audio DSP, video distribution and control systems
Administer the AV network layer: managed switches, VLANs, multicast and QoS for media traffic
Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence
Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation
Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT
Produce monthly performance and availability reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT
Working knowledge of AV signal flow (audio, video, control) and IP networking fundamentals
Familiarity with any of: Q-SYS, Dante/AES67, Crestron/Extron control, Netgear AV/Cisco switching
Understanding of CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. any ITIL-style workflow)
Strong documentation habits and clear written English
Industry certifications (CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, CCNA) are an advantage — not a condition
Team coordination: daily task assignment, shift planning and workload balancing across technicians
Reporting discipline: KPI/SLA reporting, client-facing communication and escalation management
Saudi nationals are preferred.
