Funciones

  • Recibir y atender a los pacientes
  • Gestionar llamadas y concertar citas
  • Organizar y coordinar la agenda
  • Tramitar correspondencia y documentación

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en recepción o atención al cliente (valorable en el sector salud)
  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en administración o servicios
  • Manejo del programa Gesden (imprescindible)
