- A strong understanding of FCA and PRA supervisory expectations, regulatory priorities and enforcement themes
- Demonstrable experience leading Skilled Person Reviews (s166) and complex regulatory remediation programmes
- Significant experience advising Boards, SMFs and senior leadership teams on regulatory matters
- Expertise in governance, culture and behaviours, product governance and customer outcome frameworks
- Experience managing regulatory engagement, evidence gathering and regulatory-quality documentation
- A proven track record of winning work, developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of an advisory practice
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
