Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new 72 bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence-based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment.

This position supports the director of Outpatient Services in building and implementing administrative startup systems and processes for our Outpatient Programs ensuring efficiency and a high level of customer service.

How you'll contribute

An Outpatient Manager who excels in this role

Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles all aspects of the admission process.
Maintains staff schedule and ensures staffing for the program. Monitors and records attendance including tardiness and absences.
Works with the business office and the utilization review department to ensure payment for services. Preforms pre-certifications and concurrent reviews. Develops relationships with Payer sources. Interfaces with UR department to ensure service coverage for patients.
Schedules CPEs, nursing assessments, H&P, AT assessments, and psychosocial assessments with appropriate clinicians. Schedules or completes UDS collections, including random screenings.
Actively participates in therapy discharge planning needs. As directed, created appointments, starts follow-up care process, and completes organizational interfacing.

What we're looking for

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience on an inpatient unit is preferred. Must have previous clerical experience.
CPR and Crisis Prevention Traning (CPI) required within 30 days.
