Job responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Xiaomi store at Aeon Mall Ha Dong/Hai Phong, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by adhering to safety and security protocols.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English is required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
