About The Role

You will provide central administrative and data management support across multiple transport depots and support operations within the Northern region As well as acting as a key point of contact for depot admin queries and support requests You will be responsible for maintaining system accuracy and ensuring transport data is correctly recorded, managed, and aligned across all locations You will support daily transport operations through coordination, data handling, and collaboration with Transport Managers, Coordinators, and Scheduling teams As part of this role you will travel to depots across the UK when required to align and standardise administrative activities You will provide weekend on-call support to ensure emergency orders are processed efficiently Responsible for maintaining effective record keeping, documentation, and compliance with required processes As well as identifying and resolving data discrepancies to improve data quality, consistency, and overall operational performance
