Work Flexibility: Hybrid

This is a fixed-term contract position for 18 months

As a Buyer, you will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory availability, and driving operational excellence across a global supply chain environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple business functions while making a direct impact on customer service and manufacturing performance.

What You Will Do

Manage purchasing activities for an assigned portfolio to maintain material availability and support customer service targets.
Place purchase orders and maintain accurate order and delivery dates within the enterprise resource planning system.
Monitor inventory receipts and proactively resolve supply issues to ensure on-time material availability.
Analyze material requirements and adjust purchasing plans based on supply planning reviews and changing demand.
Collaborate with suppliers to understand planning and capacity processes and align supply with business requirements.
Expedite or defer orders as needed to balance material availability while supporting inventory targets.
Generate and communicate purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Partner with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, Customer Service, Transportation, and Distribution teams to support business initiatives and continuous process improvements.

What You Will Need

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a material requirements planning (MRP) environment.
Fluent in English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Preferred

Experience working with SAP.
Professional certification in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting supplier performance management and inventory optimization activities.

Poland Pay Ranges

Poland : zł101.300 - zł169.000 PLN Annual
