Job Summary

Demonstrate a support in coordination with the team in handling various activities of administration in the company. Should be well versed with office infrastructural equipment, office management and any kind of back office support.

Competencies

  • Monitoring, tracking and documenting of assets and inventory
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance - certification, registration under shops and registration act, re-registration, building compliance checks, due diligence reports, etc.
  • Ensure to keep a check/ keep a track of the vendors and maintain a repository of plausible vendors to replace non-performing vendors if any
  • Setting up required quality service standards in accordance to FAI policies and statutory norms
  • Effectively manage all escalations in-line with FAI norms
  • Monitor and drive quality assurance across multiple projects to ensure compliance to FAI norms and standards
  • Driving sustainable continuous improvement effort
  • Responsible for driving automation and analytics across different workflows

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 of experience
  • Any Bachelors degree
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Basic Excel Skills
  • Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts.
  • Learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
