Performance Management: Keep a close eye on daily KPIs, quality benchmarks, and sales figures, and proactively implement strategies to ensure your team consistently hits their targets.

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead B2B sales representatives to excel and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Quality Evaluation: Dive into sales calls and interactions to provide insightful and actionable feedback that drives success.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations and management to bring sales strategies to life and drive impactful training programs.
