Procurement Transformation Manager

Exclusive Mandate > On behalf of our client, an internationally active, medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the region of Schaffhausen, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence & Transformation Manager. This role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group, with a strong emphasis on processes, governance, systems and performance. Tasks Shape and implement the procurement excellence and transformation agenda Standardise and improve procurement processes, governance and ways of working Drive digitalisation initiatives to further develop procurement systems and tools Enhance procurement analytics, reporting, KPIs and spend transparency Support the development of best practices across sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations Lead cross-functional improvement projects in close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT Drive organisational change and the adoption of new processes and tools across international sites Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency and value contribution within procurement Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or a related field Proven experience in procurement transformation, process optimisation and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and governance Experience with procurement systems, digitalisation and data-driven performance management Strong project and change management capabilities Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus Fluent in English, German is an advantage Benefits Broad scope to drive meaningful change across the Group High level of autonomy and ownership International, cross-functional collaboration Dynamic and collaborative working environment Attractive salary package Ready to help shape the next stage of procurement transformation?
