What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will sit at the intersection of innovative tech and team performance, transforming how our Customer Experience teams operate through cutting-edge tools and AI-driven efficiencies. You will directly shape user onboarding and tool adoption across our AECO segment, serving as a key continuous-learning champion who drives measurable productivity gains and elevates customer success across the enterprise.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive user adoption and optimal performance across core CX enablement platforms and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Design, create, and deliver engaging training content and video resources for onboarding, tech stack launches, and continuous skill development.
  • Administer and optimize Learning Management Systems (Docebo) and Content Management Platforms (Seismic), including event and meeting logistics.
  • Harness innovative AI solutions and streamlined workflows to boost daily efficiency and transform team processes.
  • Partner closely with AECO CX enablement leaders and product experts to continuously refine tool delivery and enablement approaches.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and delivering training and enablement within a CX environment, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise administering or utilizing LMS and enablement platforms such as Seismic and Docebo, alongside Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency with productivity tools like Asana and Google Workspace to efficiently manage projects.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to explain the rationale behind new tools and inspire process adoption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant enablement role, with fluent English communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience creating and editing high-quality video content using software like Camtasia or Adobe.
  • Practical experience deploying and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and enhance daily work.

Location: Westminster, CO or Atlanta, GA (In-Office 4 days/per week)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
