We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.

Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases.
Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for domain-specific applications.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to define AI solutions.
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Build APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices.

Mandatory skill sets

Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.

Preferred skill sets

Knowledge of AI agents, workflow automation, and autonomous systems.
