About The Role

As a Buffet Server, you will be an essential part of our dining team, dedicated to providing a pleasant and efficient experience for guests in our buffet venues. You'll be responsible for serving beverages, assisting with guest needs, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, promptly fulfilling requests.
Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Perform all pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
