Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the General Ledger team with reconciliations and account analysis
• Support month-end closing activities, to maintain bank reconciliation, audit schedules, reconciliation and rectification of intercompany differences
• Prepare and organize audit schedules and documentation for the external audit
• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports
• Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Preferred to have accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
